Honoring Freedom and Heritage: Students Lead Juneteenth Celebration

Partners In Ministry proudly celebrated Juneteenth with a special student-led program that honored the significance of freedom, history, and African American culture. Students took center stage throughout the event, demonstrating leadership, confidence, and a deep appreciation for the importance of Juneteenth.

The celebration featured inspiring presentations from our students, along with special performances by the Partners In Ministry Dance Team and our talented second-grade singers. Through music, movement, and spoken presentations, students shared the story and meaning of Juneteenth while highlighting the importance of remembering and celebrating our nation's journey toward freedom.

We were honored to welcome the Rev. John Morrison, Pastor of Franklin Chapel AME Zion Church, as our guest speaker. Rev. Morrison delivered an encouraging and impactful message that inspired students and guests alike, reminding us of the importance of faith, perseverance, education, and community.

Partners In Ministry extends our sincere gratitude to Rev. Morrison for taking the time to share his wisdom and encouragement with our students.
