Our SYSTEM elementary students recently had the opportunity to take learning outside of the classroom during a fun and exciting visit to the Touch-a-Truck event at Richmond Community College!

The event gave students the chance to get up close with a variety of vehicles and equipment while learning about the people and careers behind them. From exploring large vehicles to seeing how different types of equipment are used in our community, students were encouraged to ask questions, explore, and discover something new.

For our students, experiences like this are about more than just having fun—they are opportunities to connect what they learn in school to the world around them.

The Touch-a-Truck event provided plenty of hands-on learning, exploration, and career exposure, while giving our students a memorable experience to share with their classmates and families.

We are proud to give our SYSTEM students opportunities to learn, explore, and imagine what is possible!

Thank you to Richmond Community College for providing our students with this exciting learning experience!
